Hiroshi Masunaga MANAGING DIRECTOR<\/h2>\n

\nWhile working as a director of a FP consulting company, I have always felt anxiety about the\nfuture. It is anxiety about the future. Japan is entering an era of unprecedented population\ndecline. As the population decreases, fewer people will buy things. It is a matter of course.\nIt is said that by 2050, Japan's aging rate (the percentage of the population that is 65 years old\nor older) will exceed 35%. I wondered if our employees and the Japanese people would be\nable to have a prosperous future under such circumstances.<\/p>\n

I entered Myanmar, the last frontier of Asia, at the end of 2013 in search of a bigger market\nand business opportunities, and I have been searching for what we can do as a FP consulting\nfirm. Together with a board member who had been stationed in Vietnam for four years, we\nwent into Myanmar alone and walked around the city every day. As we did so, we began to see\nvarious things. We began to understand the culture, customs, and language, and were able to\nbuild a network of people. What I realized was that I was finally at the starting point. It took a\nlot of money and time to get started.<\/p>\n

Today, I think there are many companies that are attracted by the word \"infinite possibilities\"\nand want to expand into Asia. However, the reality is that it is not that easy. Especially for\nsmall and medium-sized companies that have less financial and human resources than large\ncompanies, I often hear people say, \"I have a desire to expand into Asia, but it's impossible\nwhen I think about it realistically. We, at abcom, will do our best to provide logistical support\nto such small and medium-sized companies to ensure that they never give up on their dreams\nand have a bright future.<\/p>\n

Our business is not only in Japan, but also in other Asian countries. Since we work in such an\nenvironment, it is only natural that we should create local jobs, raise wages, improve the\nworking environment, etc. abcom will allocate a portion of our profits to social support\nactivities that are truly needed by the local people. In particular, we would like to use the funds\nto improve the level of basic education.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Worked for four years in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, establishing and managing a car\ndealership. After that, he temporarily returned to Japan and has been stationed in Yangon\nsince 2014. He is currently active in local operations, staff management, and human resource\ndevelopment.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n My name is Sadao Yasuhara, and I am pleased to announce that I have been appointed as a director of Abcom & Company Ltd. on June 27, 2023. <\/p>\n

I was put in charge of business promotion for Abcom & Company Ltd. in starting a business related to sending human resources overseas. <\/p>\n

I have started human resource related business in 2017 and have experience in sending Myanmar people mainly to Japan. <\/p>\n

We plan to conduct overseas human resource agency business mainly for Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. <\/p>\n
